Urethane classifier shoes are used as replacement wear parts on classifiers and screw conveyors in OEM equipment. They help control many of the problems common to bulk aggregate handlers. Urethane classifier shoes offer many advantages over rubber, plastic and Ni-Hard shoes. The urethane compound used in the classifier shoes is formulated to provide superior life in highly abrasive conditions. The corrosion resistance of the urethane is an added benefit when processing in chemical solutions. Urethane classifier shoes also offer flexibility which allows them to conform to the contour of the auger when bolted down. They are easier and safer to install because they weigh significantly less than steel shoes. Replacement urethane classifier shoes are now available for a broad range of equipment .
